What is and NFT Ticket​

NFT Ticket is digital ticket stored on chains which are decentralized structures. Each ticket has an owner and can be safely transferred to someone else on the chain.

How much are the platform fees?​

A fee of $49.90 is charged for each event created in Neftica. You can see the detailed pricing in the summary section when you create an event.

  • Web3: $0.49 per ticket cost.
  • Hybrid Plus: $0.49 per ticket cost.
  • Hybrid Easy: 4.5% commission

In addition, Neftica takes a 2.5% commission from the buyer on the sales of second-hand tickets.

How will we provide ticket controls?​

Officials in the event area are required to download the "Neftica Gate" application. To authorize the attendants, you can manage them by clicking the event gate attendants tab on the panel.

Officers will perform the check-in process by scanning the QR codes of the digital tickets of the participants.

Do you offer sales report?​

You can access the reports by selecting your activity from the activities tab on the panel.

Do you offer a participant report?​

We provide you with check-in reports of your event.

When are earnings transferred in Web3 and Hybrid Plus solution?​

Web3 solution is a payment transaction with crypto money. As soon as the ticket is purchased, the ticket fee is sent to the selected crypto wallet.

In the Hybrid Plus solution, your Stripe account, which you use as a payment service provider, is used. Thus, all ticket purchase collections are reflected in your own Stripe account.

In the Hybrid Easy solution, when are the earnings transferred?​

In case of event cancellations, ticket revenues are sent 2 weeks after the event date. This system aims to protect both the ticket buyer and the organization owner. Complicated refund processes resulting from undesired event cancellations are avoided.

I want to sell privately to certain NFT collectors. Is it possible?​

Yes. You can define special ticket pricing for NFT collectors in the tickets step. If you want, you can add a list with the whitelist import feature.

Can I sell special category like VIP Access?​

In the Tickets step, you can create the categorization you want by using the create category option. You can make separate pricing for each category. Verification will be made accordingly in the check-in process.

What Blockchain are NFT tickets held on?​

Currently, you can choose from 4 different blockchains. You can make your choice while creating your event. Supported blockchains: Polygon, Ethereum, Avalanche, Fantom

Which cryptocurrencies are valid for ticket sales with crypto?​

We have separate currency options for each blockchain. You can choose the currency you want to use when creating your event.

Can NFT tickets created on the platform be accidentally deleted?​

NFT tickets on the blockchain are not deleted, only if you accidentally transfer them to someone else, they cannot be recovered.
